One account per person

Each individual may register only one account on betbita. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

• A national ID card or passport may be required as part of the identity verification (KYC) process
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited

General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
• Betting results are determined by betbita's system and are final
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued

• For live betting, if results differ due to network delays, betbita's decision shall be final

Deposit

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Verified accounts typically receive funds within 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Betbita may temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited
